PLEDGE
All pledges and donations of $25 or more receive a charitable tax receipt, and each person will be entered into a prize draw featuring cycling gear from local bike shops.
- Riders who generate $500 or more in pledges receive a special riding jacket.
- Riders that generate $200 or more in pledges receive a special gift.
- The team that generates the highest amount of pledges will receive a special team award.

We welcome your assistance during this event and there are many volunteer opportunities available. Please fill in the application form and we’ll be sure you are contacted by our volunteer coordinator
Volunteer Positions & Duties:
On-Site Assistance: Help staff set up tents, tables, registration area, preparing barbeque lunch, etc.
Registration/Sign In Table: Register riders who are joining the ride on the day of the event, handle cash, answer questions regarding the ride, assist pre-registered riders with maps, bib numbers, etc.
Route Marshals: These volunteers are essential in ensuring a successful and safe bike ride and are an important part of the traffic management. Marshals are strategically placed along both bike routes, the 20k and the 50k, and are responsible for arriving at their spots on the morning of the ride. The responsibilities for this position include: keeping riders safe from pedestrians, cars, and any other potential hazards; calling in first aid if a rider is injured; providing assistance to riders; identifying correct route; directing traffic if on a busy intersection; notifying coordinator of any issues; and of course cheering for the riders and having fun!
Donate a Prize to the Ride - The success of the Community Bike Ride lies in the generosity and support of our supporters and donors.
